Adam Baxter

PROJECT MANAGER

I’m originally from Tempe, Arizona, and moved to Whitefish in 2020. I quickly fell in love with the small-town charm, the surrounding landscape, and the sense of community here. Today, I’m proud to raise my family in the Flathead Valley and to serve as the leader of the field support team at Malmquist, where I help make sure the details of each project are executed with precision and care.

Before joining Malmquist, I managed luxury hotels, and that background shaped the way I approach custom home building. I see every project as an opportunity to provide thoughtful service, clear communication, and a high level of care throughout the process. What I enjoy most about Malmquist is being part of a team that shares the same commitment to quality and genuinely enjoys working together, both in and out of the office.

In a place where community is everything, reputation matters. Helping create legacy homes for Montana families is a true honor, and I’m grateful to be part of a company that takes that responsibility seriously. Outside of work, I’m usually spending time outdoors with my family. You can often find my wife and me cheering on our three teenagers from the sidelines of a soccer field or basketball court, playing golf, going for a hike, or catching live music.

MY WHITEFISH TIP

Don’t leave Whitefish without stopping by the Bulldog Saloon. Packed with sports photos dating back decades and serving up the best wings in town, this place screams Whitefish pride and is a local joint through and through.

Stephen Palacino

I've worked in marketing and design for 18+ years, and even met my wife (also a graphic designer) while working at an ad agency. She is my balance. We now have two young children and are finally learning the value of sleep.
