PROJECT MANAGER

I bring more than 30 years of construction experience to Malmquist, with a background spanning residential, commercial, and high-end custom construction projects across the United States. I studied Construction Management Engineering at Central Washington University and have spent my career helping lead complex projects from preconstruction through completion.

At Malmquist, my role is rooted in communication, accountability, and proactive problem-solving. I work to keep projects organized, collaborative, and moving forward while maintaining the quality and attention to detail our clients expect. To me, successful construction is about more than schedules and budgets. It is about trust, transparency, and creating a positive experience for everyone involved.

What I appreciate most about this work is the opportunity to help clients bring their vision to life while building lasting relationships along the way. Whether managing a luxury custom home or a complex building project, I believe the best results come from clear communication, strong teamwork, and a shared commitment to doing things the right way.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, exploring the outdoors, and investing in the relationships that matter most. My faith, integrity, and dedication to serving others continue to guide both my personal life and my career.
