OFFICE MANAGER

I’m originally from Breckenridge, Colorado, but Whitefish has become home. My husband and I moved here in 2016 to be closer to family, and I feel lucky to live in a place where the community is strong, the outdoors is part of everyday life, and you’re sure to bump into a friend on any errand around town.

At Malmquist, I help keep the ship organized and running smoothly. That includes billing, financial systems, human resources, marketing, subcontractor compliance, insurance management, business administration, and managing the day-to-day details that allow our team to focus on building exceptional homes. I like being in a role where I can support the people around me and help make everyone’s day a little easier.

What I love most about Malmquist is the people. There’s a lot of trust here within our team, with our subcontractors and vendors, and with the clients who invite us into such an important part of their lives. We work hard, we have fun, and we care deeply about doing things the right way.

Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors hiking, canoeing, skiing… but mostly chasing down my two toddlers!

If you have young kids, you can’t beat dinner at Blackstar. Fast service, an amazing smash burger, and a great atmosphere for hanging with a crew of kids!
